North Benson Road Reconstruction

Surveying, Civil Engineering, Wetland Soil Mapping, Design Work and Land Use Permitting to prepare a design for the conversion of North Benson Road from a cart path to a 24 foot wide paved roadway used for access to a 79 unit age restricted housing community and other future developments. Design work included roadway, drainage, water, gas, sanitary sewer, and utilities for 3,100 feet of improvements.
